Booking, Cancellation and Refund Terms

These terms apply to room and villa stays at Liman Chalet. Dates, total price and payment plan are communicated before a reservation is confirmed.

Reservation and Payment

The website form is a reservation request. A booking is not confirmed until availability and payment terms are approved. A deposit is 20% of the total; the property confirms when the remaining 80% is due. Full payment covers the entire stay. Online card payment is not yet available; this website does not currently collect payments.

No-Show for Deposit Bookings

For a confirmed reservation paid by deposit, the deposit is not refunded if the guest does not arrive on the agreed date. Dates cannot be changed.

Cancellation and Refund Requests

Send cancellation requests with booking details to +90 534 269 18 09. Requests are recorded and assessed under the booking’s payment terms. No payment has been collected through this site for an unconfirmed request.

If the property cannot provide the stay, the guest is contacted about an alternative or refund. Mandatory statutory rights remain unaffected.

Accommodation on Specific Dates

Accommodation provided on specific dates or periods is among the exceptions to the general withdrawal right for distance contracts. Ministry of Trade Information

Guest Capacity

Up to 2 adults per room or 6 adults for the entire villa. One child aged 0–2 stays free; a cot is available on request. Contact the property before booking for other child arrangements.
