Purpose and scope

The reservation form collects your name, phone, optional email, identity or passport number, stay dates, guest count and payment preference. These details are used to assess your request, contact you, plan your stay and handle necessary records. This site does not collect card numbers, expiry dates or security codes.

Collection method and legal basis

Data is provided through the website form and direct contact channels. Request processing relies on steps to enter into or perform a contract; mandatory records rely on legal obligations; dispute records rely on establishing, exercising or defending a right. Optional marketing consent is not a booking requirement.

Data sharing and external services

Authorised staff and necessary technical providers may access data only within their duties to process your request. Legal requests are handled in relation to the relevant authorities. Google Maps, external images and social media links are third-party services governed by their providers’ data policies.

Retention and security

Identity and passport details are encrypted on the server and are not shown openly in management lists. Retention is limited by request status, stay records, legal obligations and periods needed to protect rights. Deletion or anonymisation requests are assessed when the reason for retention ends.

Language preferences and cookies

Language and currency preferences are stored in cookies for up to one year. Session storage prevents repeated language selection within the same session. A secure session cookie is also used for admin login. You can delete cookies in your browser and choose your preferences again.

Your rights and requests

You may ask whether your personal data is processed, request information about purposes and transfers, correct incomplete or inaccurate data, and request deletion or destruction where legal conditions apply.
